Game Day

Virtual Frog God Game Day will be on May 31 st , 2020! It will be happening on the Frog God Games Discord Channel, where Frogs and others will be running games throughout the day.
Registration is now open! Only a certain number of seats are available. You’ll want to sign up right away to guarantee your opportunity to select a game you want to play for Game Day.
Exclusive Game Day ModuleScents and SensibilitiesWe are selling an exclusive Game Day module during the week leading up to Game Day. We’ll keep you posted on where to get it on May 25th.
Frog Gear — Visit Frog God Games’s shop on Redbubble, for cool artwork on awesome products! The Game Day T-shirt and other Frog God gamer-gear are available now, so you can order your stuff and have it by Game Day.
Games and Game Masters — The games all use Frog God and Necromancer Games modules, including some previews of unreleased adventures. Swords & Wizardry, 5th Edition D&D, and Pathfinder are all represented.

Frog God Game Day Policies

In order to maintain an orderly, fun, and safe environment for all participants, Frog God Games reserves the right to remove any @Game Day Participant from the virtual convention space and associated areas such as social media platforms, in its sole and absolute discretion. All participants are expected to be courteous to others and follow the convention’s anti-harassment policy. Participants are also responsible for their virtual appearance during the convention, including appropriate clothing and avoidance of backgrounds that might be deemed offensive: these matters are considered “conduct.” If Frog God Games decides that a participant must be barred from the convention’s virtual space due to a violation of acceptable conduct, no refund will be due.(edited)

Waiver of Liability
Because this is an online convention, the various hardware and software used to make the convention function in a virtual space will in some way record, transmit, and/or store all the convention’s activity in digital form. The convention cannot make any guarantees about the security or other features of third-party software used to run the virtual convention. By attending the convention, the participant consents to being recorded (by audio and/or visual means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means in all media, including without limitation the Internet, worldwide in perpetuity. The participant releases Frog God Games from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any other claim or course of action of any kind; authorizes and permits Frog God Games and its designees which includes but is not limited to all sponsors and contractors to use and authorize the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known, including without limitation the Internet, for all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; and agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Event.

Anti-Harassment Policy
Frog God Game Day seeks to provide a welcoming, fun, and safe environment. We do not tolerate harassment in any form. Discriminatory language and imagery (including sexual) is not appropriate for any venue, including any game sessions and any community resources such as social media pages. Frog God Games will investigate any reported incidents of harassment and may at its sole discretion remove any person from the convention.
Harassment is understood as any behavior that threatens another person or group or produces an unsafe or un inclusive environment. It includes offensive verbal comments or non-verbal expressions related to gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religious beliefs, sexual or discriminatory images, deliberate intimidation, stalking, harassing recording, sustained disruption of events, and unwelcome sexual attention. Advocating or encouraging any of the above is also considered harassment.
Harassment does not include respectful disagreement or critique offered in good faith. Frog God Game Day reserves the right to alter or broaden its definition of harassment at its sole discretion.

Privacy Policy
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of Frog God Game Day, other than the below.
Please note
By buying a game ticket to any specific gaming event, you are giving us the express permission to share your contact information with the GM or organizer of that event, should they request it. GMs/organizers often want to contact their players before their event in order to share information about that specific gaming event.
