QUESTION: “How do I log into the new website with my old account information?”
ANSWER: Go to My Account, and in the Login field click on the “Lost your password?” link, then type in your old account username or email address and click on the Reset Password button. You will receive an email with instructions that allow you to choose a new password. After you have successfully logged into the new website, be sure and go back to My Accounts and verify that your Billing and Shipping addresses are current and correct.
QUESTION: “I see a Downloads link in my new account page, but none of my prior PDF purchases are listed. How do I get access to me prior PDF purchases for download?”
ANSWER: Go to the Forums link in the primary navigation menu. Once you are on the forum page, you will see the customer login area for your old account in the header, and you can log into the old website to access your old account and prior PDF downloads.
QUESTION: “I signed up for an account but I haven’t recieved a confirmation email, what am I doing wrong?”
ANSWER: Check your Spam Folder, the registration confirmation email doesn’t normally take more than a few minutes to be sent out.
QUESTION: “When should I expect my physical products?”
ANSWER: We usually ship products on Sundays. When your order ships, you should receive an email from [email protected] with a tracking number.
QUESTION: “When I try to checkout it says there is something wrong with my credit card. What might be the problem?”
ANSWER: The credit card processor checks the billing zip code you’ve entered. If the zip code you’ve entered does not match the zip code your bank has on file you may get an error.
QUESTION: “When I purchase a hardcover or softcover a title do I get a free PDF version?”
ANSWER: Yes, when purchasing a hardcover or softcover of a particular title you will recieve a PDF version as well.
QUESTION: “I purchased a PDF, where can I access my files for download?”
ANSWER: Immediately after an order completes, your checkout page will display download links for your just-purchased PDF files. Additionally, you will shortly receive an emailed order confirmation that also contains download links for your files. Any past PDF files purchased can also always be found by going your My Accounts page and clicking on the Downloads link on the left.
